Elton Pang

Elton Pang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elton currently holds the position of Information Security, VP at Pico since May 2022, where they provide strategic leadership in GRC, cybersecurity, and technology risk management. Prior to this, they served as the APAC Head Service Operations, VP at Pico from December 2018 to April 2022, where they successfully built and led a high-performing team, focusing on operational excellence.

Before joining Pico, Elton served as the Co-Founder & CEO of the International Bicycle Film Festival Singapore (IBFFSG) from February 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they led a cultural not-for-profit organization advocating the "Bicycle Movement" and oversaw successful advocacy programs promoting cycling.

Elton also held positions at Arkadin-NTT as the APAC Head Service Operations, Director from August 2017 to November 2018, where they oversaw IT operations and led the Customer and Service Operations teams. Prior to that, they worked at BT as the Global Network Service Improvement Lead from June 2016 to June 2017, focusing on service improvement and network device stability in a financial service and outsourced service provider environment.

Elton's earlier experience includes roles at BT Global Services as the Deputy Head Network Implementation from May 2007 to December 2014, where they managed network implementation projects and strategic roadmap development, and at Credit Suisse as the Senior Security Network Engineer Team Lead, Assistant Vice President from January 2000 to April 2007, where they led network infrastructure security projects and supported regulatory compliance audits.

Throughout their career, Elton has demonstrated strong leadership and a focus on operational excellence, cybersecurity, and driving business outcomes.

Elton Pang obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a double major in Information System and Telecommunication Management from Murdoch University in 1999. In 2021, Elton completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security from the University of West London. Elton Pang has also obtained various certifications, including Proofpoint Certified AI/ML Specialist 2023, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Data Privacy Practitioner, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Certified Payment Security Practitioner, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC), Cyber Leadership Program, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation, Third Party Risk Management, Certified Security Operations Center Practitioner, and Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age from Harvard University.
