Shoham Waingart

Shoham Waingart is currently serving as the HRBP at Picodya Technologies Ltd. since September 2023, contributing to the development of an innovative in vitro diagnostics (IVD) platform aimed at enhancing global access to healthcare. Prior to this role, Shoham worked at K Health from June 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included HR Employee Experience and HR Administration, supporting the mission to provide affordable and quality healthcare through a comprehensive primary care platform. Shoham holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2016 and 2019.
