Elodie Bessiere

Elodie Bessiere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Elodie started their career at Mondadori France in 2008 as an Assistant to the Marketing/Event Manager.

In 2010, they worked as a Customer Relations Officer at TOOLFITNESS, an e-commerce company, and then as an Assistant to the Director at EXAETYS, a wealth management firm.

From 2011 to 2016, Elodie worked at Desjardins as a Communication Advisor and also served as an Assistant to the General Manager.

In 2016, they joined CoperBee as a Happiness Manager, responsible for employee well-being and engagement. Elodie then transitioned to the role of Operational Manager in 2019, focusing on employee support and HR management. From 2020 to 2022, Elodie was the HR Manager at CoperBee, overseeing recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Currently, Elodie is the Head of People at Pictarine, starting in January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's human resources and ensuring a positive work environment.

Elodie Bessiere began their education in 2005, attending La Rochelle Université where they pursued a DUT in gestion administrative et commerciale des organisations. Elodie completed this program in 2007. In 2007, they enrolled at VIA University Danemark where they pursued a DUCTI-Licence in Business Management, which they completed in 2008. Finally, in 2008, they attended the Institut International de Communication de Paris where they pursued a Maitrise degree in Communication, General until 2009.
