Chuang Zhu

Chuang Zhu, CFA, is a seasoned investor with extensive experience in private equity and technology investment. Currently serving as a Technology Private Equity Investor at Pictet Group, Chuang focuses on global technology themes including SaaS, AI, fintech, and cybersecurity, specializing in venture capital, growth equity, and private equity buyouts. Prior experience includes a role as a Private Equity Investor for Asia at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where Chuang was involved in significant direct investments in China and India, and served on the boards of various tech and financial companies. Chuang also contributed to fundraising and investor relations at Loyal Valley Capital, helping to raise nearly US$1 billion for inaugural funds, and worked in mergers and acquisitions at KPMG Corporate Finance Canada. Chuang holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University and participated in an international exchange program at Sciences Po.
