Daniele Barretta Zungrone is currently the HR COO and Head of Organization Solutions at Pictet Group, where they lead a team of 30 FTEs with responsibilities over HR Operations (Payroll), HR project and change management, HR Tech implementation and adoption, HR Legal, HR Risk, and HR Compliance.
