Jessica Lim

Jessica Lim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for South Asia at Pictet Group since July 2019, Jessica has previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at IQVIA from February 2018 to June 2019. Prior roles include Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Resourcing Lead at ANZ from January 2014 to May 2018, as well as a role in Talent Acquisition focused on Private Banking and Asset Management at Deutsche Bank between April 2012 and January 2014. Jessica Lim holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
