Tim Hamlin

Tim Hamlin has a strong background in asset management, starting in 2007 with ING Real Estate Investment Management as an Asset Manager until 2011. Tim then moved to CBRE Global Investors for a brief period as an Asset Manager before joining Picton Property Income Limited in 2012. At Picton Property Income Limited, Tim held various roles, including Senior Asset Manager from 2012 to 2020 and later promoted to Director of Asset Management in July 2020.

Tim Hamlin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Geography at The University of Sheffield from 1999 to 2002. Tim then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Estate Management from London South Bank University from 2006 to 2007.
