Deniz Mengu

Deniz Mengu has worked as a Machine Learning Researcher at PictorLabs Inc since January 2023. Prior to that, from August 2016 to February 2023, Deniz worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA. Deniz also served as a Research & Teaching Assistant at Koç University from September 2013 to July 2016. Deniz started their professional career as an Intern VLSI Design Engineer at Tübitak Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü in August 2011. Deniz also worked as an Intern Electrical Engineer at Borusan Mannesmann in July 2009.

Deniz Mengu has a strong educational background in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. From 2016 to 2022, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCLA. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Koç University. Deniz completed their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2012 at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University), where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, in 2010, they participated in an Erasmus program at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on electrical and electronics engineering. Deniz has a comprehensive educational background that spans multiple institutions and has honed their expertise in the field.
