Damien Lynch

Damien Lynch has extensive work experience in the media industry. Damien began their career as a Junior Engineer at Editz Film and Video in 1990 and then worked as an Engineer at CAL from 1992-1993. Damien then joined the 422 Group as a Chief Engineer from 1994-1999. Damien then became the Facilities Director at 422.tv until 2017. From 2017-2019, they worked as the Head of VFX Operations at dock10. Currently, Damien is the Head of Shortform Post at The Farm Group, a position they have held since 2019.

Damien Lynch pursued their higher education at Salford College of Technology from 1988 to 1990. During this time, they focused on studying HND Audio and Video Systems Engineering.
