Rod Carter

Rod Carter has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Rod currently works as the Director of Operations for BBC Sport at Picture Shop. Prior to this, they served as a Freelance Consultant at The Ark Post Production from 2018 to 2019. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of SVP Global Operations & Supply Chain GE at ITV Studios, where they managed global operations, supply chain, anti-piracy, content security, localization, and content operations. Before that, they worked as the Head of GE Operations at ITV in 2013. From 2007 to 2013, they held the role of Head of Digital Asset Management at BBC Worldwide, and from 2004 to 2006, they were an Account Manager at 2entertain.

Rod Carter began their education in 2019 at the University of Essex Online, where they pursued a degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice. Rod completed their studies at this institution in 2022. In addition to their studies at the University of Essex Online, Rod also attended Birkbeck, University of London from 2020 to 2021. Here, they focused on Criminology & Criminal Justice, further developing their knowledge in the field of criminology.
