Twana E. Harris is a seasoned HR executive and strategic advisor with extensive experience in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Principal, Strategic Advisor & HR Executive in Transition at PIDC, Twana is actively pursuing senior-level HR opportunities following a restructuring at Independence Blue Cross, where a role as Vice President of Human Resources focused on enterprise inclusion and culture strategy was held. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Talent Strategy & Culture at Freedom Mortgage and Senior Human Capital Consultant at Exude Human Capital, among others, showcasing a consistent focus on organizational transformation and workforce engagement throughout a diverse career spanning leading financial and healthcare institutions. Additionally, Twana has an academic background as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology, holding both a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
