Apeksha Shah

Apeksha Shah has extensive experience in improvement management and industrial engineering, currently serving as Manager of Improvement Management at Pidilite Industries Limited since October 2014. Responsibilities include conducting time and motion studies, overseeing plant layouts, implementing MOST (Method of Standardized Time), monitoring productivity and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and managing vendor costing and process standardization. Apeksha has also held positions as Assistant Manager of Improvement Management and Section Head of Industrial Engineering, focusing on similar areas of expertise. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Engineer II in Process Planning at John Deere and Assistant Manager of Industrial Engineering at Larsen & Toubro. Apeksha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2008.
