Rajiv Subramanian

Rajiv Subramanian currently serves as Vice President Marketing at Pidilite Industries Limited since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rajiv held various marketing positions at Unilever from December 2010 to January 2023, including Global Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included managing the transition of a €2 billion global business to ekaterra and establishing the marketing function in the new organization. Other key roles at Unilever included Senior Marketing Manager, where Rajiv worked on Lux and Japan Hair Strategy, and Senior Global Brand Manager, leading the development of innovative Lifebuoy products and driving growth in Africa. Rajiv's earlier career includes experience at HJ Heinz as Assistant Product Manager, Marico Limited as Area Sales Manager, and various roles at Colgate Palmolive, FPA Sri Lanka, Avalon Consulting, and Caritor Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Rajiv holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
