Jen Straus

Jen joined Pie in December 2021 and is responsible for compensation, benefits, people operations and analytics, learning and development, and our people partner function. She has led teams at hyper-growth startups, including Kabbage and Alteryx. She has a PhD in Political Science and was previously a professor at Tulane University in New Orleans.
