Derek Clark

Derek Clark is an accomplished data architect with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently employed at Piedmont Healthcare since January 2021, Derek has successfully enhanced the efficiency of the 340B Drug Pricing Program through the development of a comprehensive data model. Prior roles include serving as a System Administrator and Business Intelligence Specialist at Piedmont College, where collaboration with business users and development of SSIS packages were key responsibilities, and as a BI Solutions Architect at Northeast Georgia Health System during the EPIC Systems implementation. Derek's career also includes significant contributions as a Software Engineer and BI Developer at Lockheed Martin, where duties involved support for Business Objects Crystal reports and report development utilizing Oracle and SAP Business Objects. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and prior educational credentials in Business Administration and Ski Patrol Operations.
