Jo Anne Hill

Jo Anne Hill is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Vice President of DEI at Piedmont since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jo Anne held the position of Executive Director of DEI at a healthcare company from July 2019 to July 2023 and served as the Director of Diversity and Employee Engagement at Aflac for over fourteen years, where responsibilities included integrating diversity into core business processes. Jo Anne's extensive experience at Aflac also includes roles such as Chief of Staff in IT, Senior Manager in IT, and Account Manager within the Business Partnership Management Office. Jo Anne began a career at Aflac in August 1990, eventually managing complex projects as Senior Project Manager in IT and holding various positions across different departments. Jo Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Georgia in 1985.
