Krystal Maddox

Krystal Maddox, MPH, currently serves as the Regional Director of Patient Experience at Piedmont Healthcare, overseeing financial and operational performance for the Patient Connection Center across multiple locations. With a career at Piedmont Healthcare that spans from April 2005 to the present, Krystal has held various roles including Revenue Cycle Manager and Pre-Service Manager for Ambulatory Services, managing teams responsible for scheduling, document indexing, and billing across numerous hospitals and clinics. Krystal holds a Master of Public Health degree from American Public University, a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science from the same institution, and an Associate of Science in Health Information Technology from Southern Crescent Technical College.
