Lacey Smith possesses extensive experience in recruitment, marketing, and communications, with over a decade at Piedmont where roles included Manager of Physician Recruitment and Marketing Strategist. Prior to Piedmont, Lacey worked at Georgia Institute of Technology as an Administrative Professional, supporting high-level documentation and project coordination for the Executive Audit Director. Lacey's earlier experience includes positions at Allure Bridals & Night Moves Prom, where marketing and communications responsibilities spanned blog management and trade show coordination, and at Lifeblood, Mid-South Regional Blood Center, focusing on public relations and community awareness campaigns.
