Markus Vesterinen

Markus Vesterinen is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Director for Pieksämäen Kaupunki since September 2013. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Acquisition Manager at Lidl Suomi from September 2012 to September 2013, and worked as a Business Banker at Danske Bank between April 2011 and July 2012. Markus also gained valuable experience at Attendo MedOne Oy, where responsibilities included Local Manager and Area Coordinator from May 2008 to January 2011. Markus Vesterinen holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Eastern Finland, earned between 2004 and 2008.
