Rodrigo Jaen is an accomplished leader in the agro-industrial sector with extensive experience in managing operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as General Manager at Pieralisi España y Portugal since May 2019, Rodrigo oversees the delivery of advanced separation solutions for the olive oil extraction industry. Previously, as General Manager of West African Oils S.A. from July 2013 to May 2019, Rodrigo successfully established the first vegetable oil extraction plant in the West Africa region. Rodrigo also has a robust background in industrial operations, having managed multiple business units at Aceitera El Real, S. A., which is one of the largest agro-industries in Central America. Rodrigo's educational background includes advanced management programs from prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School and INSEAD, along with a degree in Agricultural Engineering.
