Heather Estep

Heather Estep is a qualified mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) at Pierce County Alliance and a Counselor at Seattle Christian Counseling since November 2021, Heather also operates as an Independent Consultant with Arbonne since September 2017. Previous positions include Mental Health Professional (MHP) at Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare and Vocational Counselor at MultiCare Health System, along with roles in education and social services. Notably, Heather worked as a Therapist for over 13 years with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, where significant contributions included revamping the Vocational Program for a large psychiatric hospital. Heather holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science from West Virginia University.
