Mike McKenney

Mike McKenney is an experienced Software Engineer and Application Developer currently serving as a Tech Lead at the Pierce County Library System since November 2005, where responsibilities include supporting the library's ERP system and maintaining the Public Access Catalog. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Web Development Engineer at Microsoft from May 2000 to September 2005, focusing on MSN Money, and served as a Contract Web Developer at Meridian Partners within the MSN MoneyCentral group from November 1998 to May 2000. Earlier in Mike's career, various positions were held at Boeing from November 1988 to October 1998. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in GIS Systems and Spatial Modeling from the University of Washington and an Associate of Science in Software Engineering, along with an Associate of Arts in General studies from Pierce College.
