Kate Roberts

Kate Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kate started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Exit Realty, where they marketed and leased apartments in Boston and interacted with landlords, tenants, and clients. Kate then joined Equity Residential as a Property Manager, responsible for managing occupancy and rental income budgets, launching property improvement projects, and managing resident relations.

Kate later joined Mount Vernon Company as the Director of Leasing & Senior Property Manager, overseeing several hundred apartments across 16 buildings. Kate'srole involved maintaining resident communication, managing a maintenance team, and setting rents for lease renewals and new apartments.

Kate then moved on to CommonWealth Partners as a Property Manager, where they managed the day-to-day operations of a Class A commercial mid-rise building in the Seaport District. Kate also handled tenant relations and managed capital projects.

Most recently, Kate served as the Director of PIERCE360 at PIERCE Property Services, where they spearheaded the establishment and execution of the PIERCE project management process. Kate worked closely with property and service managers, providing detailed updates and reports on projects ranging from $50k to $2m+. Kate also contributed to the development of the PIERCE360 technology, which provided location-specific data about building conditions to property managers and service managers.

Kate Roberts has a Master's degree in Historic Preservation from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Capital University.
