Aishwarya Banmeru

Aishwarya Banmeru has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an intern at MAHLE, where they completed two semesters as a student intern and worked on major projects related to analysis and scrap reduction. Aishwarya then joined ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED in 2016 as an Application Developer, where they increased code efficiency and developed various applications for almost three years. In 2020, Aishwarya joined QuestionPro as a Senior Java Developer, and they worked there until 2022. In 2022, they joined Pierian as a Software Engineer and is currently working at Velsera in the same role as a Software Engineer since 2023.

Aishwarya Banmeru completed their education in a chronological order. Aishwarya first attended Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya (Autonomous), Latur from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a High School degree in Electronics. Aishwarya then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2012 to 2016. In the same years, they also studied Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians at COEP Technological University and obtained a Btech degree. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). In July 2021, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Information Technology and Systems) from NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education.
