Riccardo Bortolotti

Riccardo Bortolotti has a diverse work experience spanning several high-level positions in the energy industry. Riccardo started their career at Enron in 1997 as Vice President Continental Origination/CEO of Enron Italia, and then moved on to Duke Energy Corporation in 2001 where they served as Managing Director and Head of Continental Origination. In 2003, Bortolotti joined Trafigura as Head of Continental Origination before transitioning to BNP Paribas in 2007, where they became Managing Director and Head of Energy Sales EMEA. In 2006, they founded and became the CEO of ENVEST, a company focused on investing in renewable energy projects and digitalization. Recently, Bortolotti worked as the Managing Director of Business Development at Pieridae Energy Canada Ltd., where they aimed to grow the company into a fully integrated LNG infrastructure company.
