Florencia worked as an Executive Search Partner at Lenovo, where they provided support to the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) organization globally. At Pierpoint International, they served as a Lead Recruiter for over 17 years, specializing in recruiting niche and hard-to-fill positions for Silicon Valley companies and start-ups. Florencia also worked as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Hortor Limited, providing both permanent and contract resourcing solutions in the fields of Information Technology and Business Change. Prior to that, they held roles as a Regional Senior Recruiter and Regional Recruiter at Cielo Talent, where they worked with global companies such as Honeywell and Uber. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Bilingual Reservations Agent and Recruiter at NH Hotel Group, and as an Events Assistant at Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. Throughout their professional experience, Florencia discovered their passion for recruitment.
