Ignacio Martin Shraiber

Ignacio Martin Shraiber, MBA has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Ignacio started their professional career at SBA Window Film as an Assistant to the General Manager from April 2009 to December 2010. Ignacio then joined The Walt Disney Company as part of the Disney College Program - Internship from January 2011 to May 2011. Afterward, they returned to SBA Window Film as a Bookkeeper, where they recorded financial transactions and implemented cost-saving measures, resulting in a 4% increase in long-term profits.

In 2013, Ignacio joined Pierpoint International as the US Operations Manager, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, payroll, HR, and account reconciliation until October 2018. Ignacio then took on the role of Director of Finance and Operations, responsible for managing global financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, cash flow, and financial analysis. Ignacio provided financial presentations, projections, and recommendations to the CEO and COO, and they were involved in invoicing activities, change management communication, and contract review.

In November 2022, Ignacio was promoted to VP of Finance at Pierpoint International. Ignacio took on ownership of all finance operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and bookkeeping. As a key member of the executive team, they aligned financial goals with the company's strategic plan and spearheaded the annual budgeting process, resulting in accurate forecasts and cost-effective resource allocation.

Ignacio Martin Shraiber, MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UADE Business School from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Florida International University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Economics.
