Sara McCarville

Sara brings to the company over 15 years of experience in Workforce Solutions including Total Talent Management, Direct Sourcing, RPO solutions, consulting, sales, tech stack evaluation, and sourcing.

She has created solutions for large national healthcare systems, Fortune 100 life sciences companies and international senior housing organizations in addition to high volume retail, manufacturing and light industrial clients on a National and Global landscape.

Sara began her Talent Acquisition career as a physician recruiter and quickly became the Head of Physician Recruitment. Sara led her own RPO and Direct Hire Company for 5 years, which experienced double-digit growth year over year, until she sold it. Subsequently, she held positions at both ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions and Allegis Global Solutions where she was a member of the strategic client solutions team. Prior to joining Pierpoint, Sara spearheaded the Direct Sourcing service line at WorkLlama.
