Christophe Rousse

Christophe ROUSSE has extensive work experience in the supply chain and operations field. Christophe began their career at B.A.D design français in 2019 as a Co-founder and President. Prior to this, they worked at Pierre Fabre Group for over 25 years, holding various roles such as Operations Data & Analytics Director, Supply Chain Director, Head of Operational Excellence Program, Head of Industrial Operations Planning, Supply Chain Program Manager, Industrial Planning and Procurement Manager, and Industrial Organization Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for driving supply chain strategies, managing planning and inventory processes, implementing lean management practices, and leading continuous improvement projects. Christophe was also involved in defining supply chain strategies and organization. Christophe has a strong background in implementing ERP systems and managing data and reporting tools.

Christophe Rousse earned a Master's Degree in Science and Executive Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, from the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed a two-year undergraduate intensive course in mathematics and physics at Lycée Pierre De Fermat from 1988 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a certification in Business Intelligence Bootcamp with Tableau from Le Wagon in 2021, a Certified Demand Driven Leader certification from the Demand Driven Institute in 2014, and a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in 2006.
