Mario Tullio Villa

Mario Tullio Villa has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Mario Tullio started their career as an Internal and IT Auditor at 3M in 1996. Mario Tullio then worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Accountant, where they led the creation of the Italian General Ledger team. Mario Tullio later joined Fort Dodge Animal Health as a Controller, responsible for finance control and IT. Villa then returned to Bristol-Myers Squibb as a General Accounting and Cash Flow Manager, overseeing reporting and general accounting for the company. Afterward, they worked at Capgemini Consulting as a Manager, leading project management and business development efforts for clients in various industries. At Pfizer, they served as Finance Lead for Consumer Healthcare Italy, and later became the CFO for the Consumer Business. Currently, Villa holds the position of CFO at Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics and Pharmaceuticals in Italy.

Mario Tullio Villa has a diverse education history. Mario Tullio completed the High Performance Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022. Mario Tullio also pursued a program on Neuroscience for Business at MIT Sloan School of Management in the same year through their MIT Open program. In their earlier years, they obtained a Laurea in Business Administration from Università Commmerciale Luigi Bocconi, where they studied from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, they completed their Maturità Classica at Collegio Arcivescovile Ballerini, Seregno, although the specific dates are unknown.
