Minh Tam Tran Thi

Minh Tam Tran Thi has a diverse range of work experience. Minh Tam started their career in 1998 as an Assistante du Directeur de Commerce at PREZIOSO. From 1999 to 2001, they served as an Assistant to the Indochina Regional Manager at Laboratoires Pierre Fabre. During this time, they were responsible for managing the region, analyzing results, and evaluating employee performance. From 2002 to 2004, Minh Tam served as an Assistant to the Chief of the Representative Office cum Assistant to the Indochina Regional Manager. In this role, they handled accounting reports, HR information management, and reporting. From 2005 to 2011, they acted as the Chief of the Representative Office of Fimex International, where they oversaw recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee administration, employee relations, and service. Minh Tam also managed the importation of Pierre Fabre products from France to Vietnam. In 2012, Minh Tam was promoted to HR Director and Acting Chief of the Representative Office of Fimex International. Their responsibilities included establishing and deploying a HR policy for Vietnam and assisting in the management of the representative office in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.

Minh Tam Tran Thi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce extérieur from Université d'Economie HCM during the period of 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Pedagogique - Français from Université de Langues étrangères - Université Nationale de Ha Noi between 1994 and 1998.
