Thomas Ballet

Thomas Ballet is a seasoned professional in pharmaceutical development with extensive experience in biopharmaceutical drug product formulation and medical device integration. Currently serving as Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Pierre Fabre Group since March 2018, Thomas holds multiple leadership roles including Head of Formulation Development and CMC Work Package Leader. Prior experience includes roles at Sanofi as Head of Laboratories and Head of Formulation & Device Unit, and significant contributions at ADOCIA and BD in innovative protein formulation and syringe technology. Thomas's academic background includes an Engineer's degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from INSA Lyon and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Grenoble INP - UGA.
