Janne Flovik Sande

Janne Flovik Sande has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Janne is currently the Head of Category and Shopper at Pierre Robert Group since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial Director at Flow Insights from August 2018 to June 2020.

Janne spent a significant portion of their career at dunnhumby, where they held multiple positions. From August 2014 to August 2018, they served as the Senior Client Director, leading a category consultant team and driving retail and brand growth through shopper insights and customer-focused strategies. Janne had 25+ client relationships and was responsible for project deliveries, P&L, and team management. Before that, from January 2013 to July 2014, they were a Client Director, focusing on delivering actionable shopper insights and activation strategies.

From 2009 to 2013, Janne worked at Orkla Foods Norge AS as a Brand & Project Manager, responsible for brand portfolio strategy, product development, and marketing activities. Janne received recognition for their work, including the Orkla Grand Prize for best new launch and marketing mix in 2012.

Janne gained early experience at Carlsberg Group as a Student Assistant in Group Procurement from December 2007 to July 2009. Janne also worked at Morris as a Shop Assistant from May 1999 to December 2007. Additionally, they completed an internship at DNB in early 2007.

Janne's educational background includes serving as an Executive Board member at NHH - Norwegian School of Economics from August 2005 to August 2006.

From 2003 to 2006, Janne attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business Administration.
