Irma Joyce

Irma Joyce has extensive experience in various roles within the fundraising and quality assurance sectors. Currently serving as Campaign Executive for Connacht and previously as Community Fundraising Executive and Fundraising Administrator at Pieta since February 2022, Irma has developed strong skills in community engagement and fundraising strategies. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Wayfair from February 2015 to July 2021, where Irma progressed from Sales and Service Consultant to Quality Assurance Manager, highlighting expertise in quality management. Earlier professional experiences include waitressing and bartending at Die Scherbe Restaurant and assisting at ETC Graz, a European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights. Irma is currently pursuing a Micromasters in International Law and Legal Studies at Louvain, building upon previous education at the University of Graz and certifications in effective people management and human resources.
