Anush Karthikeyan

Anush Karthikeyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As the Founder of Pieworks since April 2017, Anush promotes a philosophy centered on the evolving nature of work and the shifting dynamics of employee-employer relationships. Previously, Anush served as an Organizational Development Specialist at Pivote, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Payswiff, contributing to organizational scalability. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Director at PeopleLynx HRM Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Human Resources Consultant at The Predictive Index, and HR Business Partner positions at both Intel Corporation and IBM. Anush began the career as an HR Intern at BD. Anush holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis International University and a BTech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
