Ali Flower

Ali Flower has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, Ali worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA of Central Ohio. From 2013 to 2014, Ali worked as an English Teacher at Taladlang School. In 2015, Ali joined Heidelberg Graphic Equipment Ltd as an HR Assistant, where they assisted the HR Manager in various responsibilities and project work. In 2017, Ali moved on to Abel & Cole as a People Team Assistant, supporting office-based employees and providing coaching and advice to line managers. They also led the implementation of the company's first HRIS. From 2019 to 2021, Ali worked at William Jackson Food Group as a Group People Advisor. They provided second-line support to on-site HR teams and led the creation of a group-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. Currently, since 2021, Ali serves as the Chief of Staff at Piglet in Bed.

Ali Flower completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from The University of Sheffield from 2010 to 2013. In 2015 and 2016, Ali received a Certificate in HR practice from International Workplace. Furthermore, Ali obtained the Level 7 Award in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications, although the specific start and end years are unknown. Additionally, Ali holds several additional certifications, including GIA Practitioner and PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in October 2017 and July 2017, respectively. Ali became an Associate member of CIPD in May 2016. Ali also obtained certifications such as First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in April 2016 and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from i-to-i TEFL in April 2013. Ali also obtained the v100 certification from vInspired in January 2011. Finally, Ali has a certification in Mental Health First Aid, although the institution and dates of obtaining are unknown.
