Pierre-Yves Bény

Pierre-Yves Bény has extensive work experience in various industries. Pierre-Yves started their career as a Professional Athlete at SMO Gymnastique/French Gymnastic Federation in 1989 and remained in this role until 2012. In 2006, they had an internship at Decathlon as a Floor Salesman/Partnership Manager. In 2009, they interned as a Financial Controller at E. Leclerc. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at Kurt Salmon. Pierre-Yves then joined Kearney in 2017 as a Manager and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Strategic Projects Manager at Pigment since October 2022. Additionally, they have been appointed as the Strategy & Ops Lead at Pigment starting in July 2023.

Pierre-Yves Bény completed their Master in Management Grande Ecole with a major in Law and Finance, Legal and Financial Engineering at ESCP Business School from 2008 to 2013. Pierre-Yves also obtained additional certifications in APICS BSCM from APICS and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
