Olli Huuskonen

Olli Huuskonen has a strong background in the medical field with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Olli joined Pihlajalinna in 2023 as the Chief Physician. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Medical Officer at Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue / Vanda och Kervo välfärdsområde in 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they acted as the Head of Social Services and Healthcare at Keravan kaupunki - City of Kerava, and as the Medical Director from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Medical Director at Riihimäen seudun terveyskeskuksen ky from 2018 to 2020 and at Helsingin sosiaali- ja terveystoimiala from 2017 to 2018.

Between 2014 and 2016, they worked as the Chief Physician at City of Espoo, where they had previously been the Deputy Chief Physician in 2013. Huuskonen started their career as a General Practitioner at Diacor terveyspalvelut Oy in 2008 and worked there until 2016. Olli briefly served as the Chief Physician at Mäntsälä Health Center in 2012 and as a Senior Physician at Helsinki University Central Hospital from 2011 to 2012. Olli also held the position of Deputy Chief Physician at the City of Espoo in 2010.

Olli Huuskonen received their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Helsinki in 1999. Olli then pursued a Specialist in General Practice degree from the same university, completing it in 2010. In 2022, Olli enrolled in the Executive MBA program offered by Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
