Karolina Kalkowska

Karolina Kalkowska has extensive experience in management and organizational development, currently serving as the Managing Director and Vice President at PIKA since September 2016, where responsibilities include quality management. Previously, Karolina held the position of Managing Director at PIKA TECHNOLOGIE S.A. from February 2015 to August 2016, overseeing business process support. Karolina's earlier roles include Director of the Management Systems Office at PIKA Sp. z o.o. and Director at the Agency for the Development and Promotion of Professional Women. Additionally, Karolina has a background in project management with the Voivodeship Labor Office in Gdańsk, focusing on international projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from ICAN Institute and a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Gdansk.
