Ellen Blackburn

Ellen Blackburn serves as the Manager of Public Relations at Pikeville Medical Center since July 2011, overseeing the public relations and marketing department to cultivate a positive community image and promote the medical center's services through various communications and campaigns. Prior to this role, Ellen Blackburn was a Layout/Graphic Designer at Pikeville Medical from September 2005 to December 2011 and worked as a Production Manager at Mid South Management from April 1996 to September 2005. Ellen Blackburn holds an education from Morehead State University, having attended from 1984 to 1986.
