Elena Taccani

Elena Taccani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Elena started their career as a mother tongue language teaching assistant at a public high school from September 2007 to June 2008. During this time, they conducted lessons to improve students' oral expression and listening comprehension skills.

In 2008, Elena worked as an intern at the Italian Institute of Culture. Their responsibilities included organizing cultural events, interacting with artists and suppliers, and translating official communication materials.

From 2009 until the present, Elena has worked at various companies in different roles. At Gruppo Idea Donna, they worked as a freelance journalist, editing feature stories, reports, and event calendars for national magazines. Elena also attended international exhibitions on behalf of the publishing group.

At Piksel, Elena held several positions. Elena started as a web designer, designing websites and portals for notable clients in the Italian market. Elena integrated client requirements, user experience best practices, and web dynamics in their designs, including responsive web sites and mobile web applications. Elena then transitioned to the role of a UI developer. Finally, they became a change and release administrator and, most recently, a technical project manager.

Elena Taccani obtained their Master's degree in Communication for International Relations from IULM University during the period of 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Università degli Studi di Bergamo. Before attending university, they obtained their Diploma di maturità from Liceo Classico B. Zucchi between 1998 and 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Elena Taccani is also registered as a professional Freelance Journalist, which they obtained from the Italian National Journalism Board in October 2011.
