J. Edwin Cruz

J. Edwin Cruz is a Quality Assurance Manager who has worked at Pilgrim's since February 2017. Prior to that, J. Edwin was in a Management Trainee Program at JBS from January 2016 to February 2017. Cruz holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has also studied at Lodz University of Technology.
