Laura Bradshaw

Laura Bradshaw is an accomplished food industry professional with extensive experience in product development and customer innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Innovation Manager at Pilgrim's since February 2021, Laura previously held the role of Development Controller at Bakkavor from March 2011 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing a large team and overseeing the launch of over 120 new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) lines across multiple retailers. Laura's expertise spans various positions within Bakkavor, focusing on short shelf-life products and strategic NPD initiatives. Earlier career roles included positions at McCormick, Northern Foods, and Moy Park, where Laura developed ambient condiments and fresh salads for major retailers.
