Alex Furetta

Alex Furetta is a seasoned professional specializing in Service Design, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Customer Experience and Innovation at Publicis Sapient since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at EPAM Systems as an Associate Director of Experience Design and at EY-Seren as a Business Consulting Manager focused on Service Design.
