Rangel Capparelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, commercial excellence, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Commercial Excellence & Digital Transformation at Pilgrim's since January 2013, Rangel has developed a comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy aimed at enhancing core capabilities and value drivers across the supply chain. Key achievements include partnerships with C-suite executives to formulate a US business portfolio strategy that targets significant revenue and profit growth. Prior to this role, Rangel worked at JBS from November 2008 to January 2013, where responsibilities included designing a data-driven pricing process for prepared beef categories and managing the S&OP process, affecting a substantial P&L. Rangel holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University and a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás.
