Victoria Lane

Victoria Lane is an accomplished legal professional specializing in ethics and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Ethics and Compliance at Pilgrim's since December 2021, Victoria previously held the position of Chief Special Counsel for Ethics, Risk & Compliance at the NYS Governor’s Office from April to October 2021. Victoria's extensive experience includes roles as Partner and Of Counsel at Hinckley Allen from February 2012 to March 2021, and Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2006 to January 2012. Victoria began legal career as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where employment lasted from June 2001 to December 2004. Victoria earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law between 1998 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University at Albany from 1991 to 1995.
