Edisa Rodriguez

Edisa Rodriguez is currently the Head of Operations & DEI at Pillar, an interview intelligence platform. Prior to this role, Edisa was the CEO & Co-Founder of Elivade, a career development platform, and the Founder of Composition Ventures, a business incubator. Edisa also has experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs and as a Lead Analyst at The PFM Group. Edisa holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Sociology from Bryn Mawr College.
