Dave Snyder

Dave Snyder serves as the Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director at PriceSmart, where responsibilities include participation in various committees such as Audit, Compensation (Chair), Executive, Finance, and Nominating/Governance. In addition to this role, Dave Snyder is Senior Counsel to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at The San Diego Symphony Orchestra Association.
