Lewis McCorkle

Lewis McCorkle is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since January 2021, Lewis previously held the position of Senior Associate at the same firm. Prior to this role, Lewis was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from September 2016 to January 2021, after beginning there as a Summer Associate in 2015. Early legal experience includes a Summer Law Clerk position at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and serving as an Investigative Analyst at the New York County District Attorney's Office. Lewis holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a minor in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
