Patrick Ng has extensive experience in the legal industry, specializing in litigation support and technology. Patrick has held various roles in different companies since 1999. Patrick began their career at IKON Office Solutions, where they provided data and image conversion services and offered technical support to end-users. Patrick also played a crucial role in setting up network infrastructure and performing data backups. After that, Patrick joined PC SOLUTIONS 123 INC as a Technology Networking Consultant, where they installed and repaired various computer equipment and provided technical support. Patrick then worked at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP as a Senior Practice Support Analyst before joining Kenyon & Keyon LLP as a Senior Practice Support Specialist. In these roles, Patrick provided litigation support, managed databases, and delegated case-related projects. Currently, they are working at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a Litigation Support Project Lead, where they manage cases, collaborates with legal teams, and oversees project management with outsourcing vendors.

In 2011, Patrick Ng obtained a certificate in Project Management from The Organization of Legal Professionals. Additionally, they have received various certifications from different institutions, including a Certified TunnelVision Administrator certification from Mindseye Solutions, a CaseMap Certified Administrator certification from LexisNexis, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft.
